We have been absent for a few months as our focus has been on getting approvals from Ofqual and ESFA for our chosen standards – and it was worth the hard work! SS Educational Services is now approved to deliver the End-Point Assessments for: 

L2 Early Years Practitioner 

L3 Early Years Educator 

L5 Early Years Lead Practitioner 

L4 Children, Young People & Families Practitioner 

L5 Children, Young People & Families Manager 

L3 Youth Support Worker 

L5 Youth Justice Worker 

L7 Play Therapist 

We are the only End-Point Assessment Organisation that is sector-specific and that offers the complete suite of standards for early years, children, young people and families.

SSES has a quick turnaround after Gateway. We aim for the apprentice to move from Gateway to certification in a month, but we have had apprentices that have completed the process in a week! This depends on the requirements of the Assessment Plan for the standard, and our availability, but we pride ourselves on supporting the apprentice to complete their EPA as quickly and smoothly as possible. 

Our costs for the standards are kept low because we are small, but this does not impact on our quality. Our Independent End-Point Assessors are firstly practitioners in the field they assess which ensures they are up to date with their competencies. And our Board all have extensive experience in either the sector or apprenticeships.
