SS Educational Services have built their End Point Assessment Organisation around the way they would expect to be treated if they were an Apprentice, employer or training provider. Having had extensive experience in all three areas they are able to consider each group’s unique needs and how their EPAO can meet these needs. These are visible in our values.

SUPPORT
Apprentices receive support throughout, and with a low turnover of team members, it means continuity as well.
From the start of our engagement with the employer we build a strong relationship. As a small team, the employer will always know who they are talking to. There is no having to explain every call who you are – the team know all our clients and their needs. We have documentation which takes the employer and Apprentice through building their portfolio and through the Gateway with ease.
SKILLED
SSES have a skilled and experienced team, with current competencies, to guide you through your chosen standard.
We are very fortunate to have a team that have a strong background in their chosen profession. We think it is important that the Indendent End Point Assessors have current competencies in their field. We can support our End Point Assessors to learn how to deliver a professional End Point Assessment, but an enjoyment of the role is something we cannot teach. Choosing Independent Assessors that love their role, ensures that the Apprentice has a positive and informative experience during the EPA.

Each Apprentice is unique and we will endeavour to support every individual to a successful outcome.
SSES will offer individualised support where needed for each Apprentice. We will support the Apprentice through the EPA, and if they need to retake, we will provide a report on where the Apprentice needs to work on with their training provider and employer. We also offer feedback on Apprentices who have passed.
